| Now that I'm playing the older games again I realize that the older bosses were cool but simple.
The newer ones are more puzzling but are somewhat (don't get mad) less cooler

But to reply to WM, I actually think the opposite is true: the bosses look much cooler, but It's really just a big game of slash-the-monster now. The thing I like about older bosses is that there is usually more than one way to defeat them. |

Use dungeon item Slash 3x. Boss dead.
They do look beast through. |
